With over 30 years of experience in sports and coaching, I’ve dedicated my life to health, performance, and longevity. My journey has been diverse and challenging—I became a German Judo Champion, competed as a professional jockey, pushed my limits in triathlon, and even broke the German deadlift record.

But beyond the medals and records, what truly drives me is living a healthy, active life—and teaching others to do the same. For the past 15 years, I’ve been guiding people in health and longevity, helping them not just to extend their years, but to add life to those years.
